Shipping and Returns


At this time we do not accept returns for used product.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please email us to make arrangements for a credit or refund.

It can take up to 5 business days for a refund to process, be sure to check your account once we have confirmed a refund has been processed.


All orders purchased on ship out via UPS from our warehouse in Ohio to the contiguous United States. Due to shipping regulations, we are unable to ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, PO Boxes, APO, FPO, DPO, freight forward addresses or Internationally. If your shipping address does not meet the requirements stated we reserve the right to cancel your order.

If you are unable to locate a package that is marked as delivered please visit the UPS website and file a claim with UPS for a lost/missing package. If UPS is unable to locate the package you can then contact us directly via Please note we must be contacted within 14 days of delivery date for any lost or missing packages.

Our orders typically take 3-7 business days to arrive. During the holiday season or when we run certain promotions we receive an influx of orders. Our warehouse works diligently to get them out as quick as possible but you may experience a slight delay. Once your order has shipped out you will indeed receive an email with your UPS tracking number.


You must contact customer service within 14 days of delivery date if there are discrepencies with your order.

If you are unsure if your order has processed we suggest checking your email, spam folder as well, and if no emails are in your inboxes please contact us before placing another order.

Once an order has been placed we are unable to cancel or edit the order. Before submitting any order please be sure to make sure all information is correct.
